Rajesh Khanna Admitted In Lilavati Hospital: Recovering, Says Family

Rajesh Khanna A Bollywood actor who started his Bollywood life with JP Sippy’s Movie “RAJ”  has been admitted to the hospital Lilavati  in Mumbai. Rajesh Khanna’s Daughter Twinkle Khanna says that her father Mr. Khanna is recovering. She said “He’s really exhausted and weak, but he’s recovering. So for better care I have brought him to the hospital for treatment.” Not sure when he will be discharged,”.

A senior doctor told that yes “Rajesh Khanna” has been admitted in hospital but he refused to give any type of information.  Although his son-in-Law Bollywood present star Akshay Kumar said that “there is nothing so big he is fine and soon he will be at home”

Rajesh Khanna was unwell from sometime and lately stopped having food as well. He is now taking care well by his estranged wife Dimple Kapadia, daughters Rinke, Twinkle and son-in-law Akshay Kumar. Rajesh Khanna married Dimple in 1973 and has two daughters from the marriage. They are living separate to each other from 1984  but did not complete divorce proceedings.

On Thursday,his worried fans had assembled outside his house and Rajesh Khanna felt happy and in a crisp white kurta and a stole he  show them the ‘V’ for victory  sign from the balcony of his house.

Mr.Khanna Earlier in April,was admitted to hospital following uneasiness and weakness. The veteran actor,he has been  considered Bollywood’s first superstar, has acted in over 150 films. Fondly called ‘Kaka’ by his fans. Rajesh Khanna is the man who ruled the industry in the 1960s and 1970s with films like ‘Aaradhana’, ‘Anand’ and ‘Bawarchi’ and many other hit films.

He was recently seen appearing in his first television ad, directed by filmmaker R Balki, for Havell’s fan. Rajesh Khanna In June, 2012, it was reported that Rajesh Khanna’s health had been deterorating for some time,On 23 June 2012 he was admitted to Lilavati Hospital due to some health complications .
