Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting separate : Tom Cruise Break Up ?

Hollywood actor Tom Cruise and his actress wife Katie Holmes both are now getting separate they spent five years with each other. Jonathan Wolfe the attorney of Katie says that she wants to do what is best for their six-year-old daughter Suri, he said: “This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie’s primary concerns remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.”

Tom Cruise feels sad after getting known that his actress wife has filed divorce and now he is fully worried about his two children Connor 17, Isabella 19 . Cruise who will turn into 50 on Tuesday, Katie is 33.

Currently Tom is in Iceland for the shooting of his new movie ‘oblivion’ while Katie is in New York.

Tom said he love her and also claims that their relationship is very special. Also said she is an extraordinary everything she does with beautiful creativity her voice and warmth are as an artists and mother as well.

Now Katie wants a sole legal custody of her six-year-old daughter. She demands for residential custody and suitable amount for the child support from her husband Tom and in addition she asked for the division of their property, TMZ.com reported.

Tom never treats Suri as being strict while Katie does. She treats her like a six-year-old child while Tom treats her like little adult this has create major problem between both of them.

Recently Tom said that he does not want to have any more children because he is now happy with his three.
